Heritage
We are part of the International Church of the Foursquare Gospel. Click here to read more about our denomination and our beliefs.
We are a Classical Pentecostal denomination which holds beliefs in common with every Christian church including the Trinity, Incarnation, Resurrection and Salvation by Grace.
The Foursquare Church was founded in 1927 by Evangelist Aimee Semple McPherson. Our name refers to our emphasis on Jesus as being our Savior, Baptizer with the Holy Spirit, Healer, and Soon and Coming King.
Our denomination's key verse is Hebrews 13:8 and we believe fervently that "Jesus Christ is the same yesterday, today, and forever." You can find this verse posted in the sanctuaries of all the nearly 70,000 Foursquare churches around the world.

Lowell, WA
Our congregation was founded in 1889. We were a small group of believers who loved the Lord and were dedicated to meeting together. Since that day, our convictions have not changed one bit.
We built our church in 1892 and for the past 130 years, our church has served the spiritual needs of our community, city and region with faithfulness and enthusiasm.
We are proud of our heritage but mainly we are just as focused on our Lord as we were at our first meeting. We look to the future to discover how God will use our church to impact our neighborhood, region and the ends of the earth.
God loves you and has provided salvation through Jesus Christ.
